CAPCON is a month-long program that aims to provide university students and fresh graduates with information on emerging industries opportunities within these fields.

CAPACITIES

CAPACITIES is a holistic career-development program aimed at equipping students with the necessary skills to survive the current job market. This year, it will be a month-long event.

Career Fair

The Career Fair is UP CAP’s annual flagship event, where students can turn in their resumes, network with HR representatives, and apply for jobs that they’ve been eyeing.

ENCAPSULATE is the culminating event of UP CAP that celebrates a year of the org’s service and excellence through conducting an online mixer and a series of workshops
