Graduate Trainee Program

The PMI Graduate Trainee (GT) Program - a structured program anchored on PMI’s Talent Development Model - is designed to develop new graduate talent and accelerate their career progression within PMFTC. 
GTs will experience various rotations within their track and go through the GT Development Curriculum. Throughout the journey, they will also have personal coaching and mentoring by leaders within the organization. 
We look for students who have the ability to learn from experience. Graduating with honorable distinction or special awards is an advantage. Individuals with maximum 1-year work experience are also welcome to apply.
